![]() ![]() ![]() I would still uninstall them all to rule them out. Since you still get panics in Safe Mode, there may not be any useful information. The most useful part of the report is the loaded kexts section. The panic log should be in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports. It goes along the lines "userspace watchdog timeout: no successful checkins from logd in 120 seconds service returned not alive with context : unresponsive dispatch queue(s): -wl logd had not exited since first loaded". Also, please tell me if it would help to post the report that appears when my macbook restarts. Hardware panics can be caused by external hardware, so disconnect everything except keyboard and mouse/trackpad and test. They could be an Apple kext, but then there’d be a lot of reports. I read somewhere that if that happens, it's a hardware problem? Another question: I wrote in my post that it still has kernel panics in safe mode. Any app you add with an installer requires an uninstaller, especially if it installs a kernel extension. That’s why I said you must use the uninstaller. But I did not know that some of its files were left in the system. Okay, I already uninstalled the app yesterday by moving it to Trash then permanently deleting it. ![]()
